Project Support
From 5 to 10 independent film projects will be financially supported by Li Xianting’s Film Fund each year. In 2007,the amount from 5,000 to 10,000 RMBs will be granted for each selected documentary film project. The fund will also support these projects for financing, production, distribution and promotions. The applying projects can be in development, production, post-production or distribution. It is am important platform for the Chinese independent films. All the supports are for non-profit purpose. The selected projects will be announced during the China Documentary Film Festival or Beijing Independent Film Festival.

項目支持
栗憲庭電影基金每年將爲5至10個獨立電影項目進行小額資金資助。目前，電影基金支持的項目僅限於獨立紀錄片。2007年度將對每個入選的紀錄片項目提供5000元至1萬元人民幣的基金資助，同時爲這些入選項目在製作、融資、發行等各個方面進行全面的支持。這些入選項目可以是項目發展、製作中、後期或者發行推廣。該支持爲非盈利性。該資助將不僅是資金方面的幫助，而且更重要的是爲優秀的電影項目提供一個良好的平臺。所有入選項目將在每年的中國紀錄片交流周和北京獨立電影論壇上公佈。
Regulations:
The applying project can be in the following status: Project Development,Prodcution, Postproduction or Distribution.
The applying project must be a feature film project that more than 60 minutes.
The project has strong possibility of finishing and can be mostly controlled.
Applying for project development or production,the director must have made previous films and need to submit his DVD or VHS.
Applying for distribution support the film must have been finally finished and has not public released in mainland China.
The applicant must be the director or producer of the film project.
The project must be production in China,including Taiwan,HongKong and Macau.The director or the producer must live in China.
The project must be finished in the scheduled date,and the China mainland premiere must be in the China Documentary Film Festival or Beijing Independent Film Festival.
One copy in DVCAM or Beta of the project will be collected by the film fund.
The financial amount will among 5,000 to 10,000 RMBs.
The film fund will decide the definite money for the selected projects.		 申請要求：
申請項目可以是處於各種階段：項目發展階段、製作中或者後期製作、發行推廣等。
所有申請資助的項目的完成片長度必須是60分鐘以上的獨立作品。
若申請項目處於項目發展或者製作前階段，要求該項目具有比較強的可控性和可操作性，具有比較高的可完成的可能性。
申請項目發展或者製作資金資助者必須以前有過獨立電影製作經驗，並能提供該影片的DVD或者VHS帶。
申請發行推廣資助的項目必須是已經完成，但是尚未在中國大陸進行過任何發行的作品。
項目申請人可以是該影片的導演或者監製(製片人)，申請者必須對該項目負責並能承擔相應的責任。
項目必須是在中國境內(包括臺灣、香港和澳門地區)完成，導演或者監製中必須有一人爲生活在中國境內(包括臺灣、香港和澳門地區)的中國人。
項目必須在預定的時間內完成，並在基金的影展活動中進行中國大陸的首映。
該項目完成後電影基金收藏BETA帶或者DVCAM拷貝一份。
申請的資助必須在5000元至1萬人民幣之間。基金將有權利決定最終的資助數額。
